IFMAR World Championship Victories
IFMAR (International Federation of Model Auto Racing) is comprised of four member blocks -
ROAR (North America),
EFRA (Europe), FEMCA (Asia/Australasia), and
FAMAR (South America/Africa). Every two years, each block selects a team of 30-40 drivers to compete at the World Championships based on their performance at national level competitions within their block.
Needless to say, only the best of the very best drivers are capable of qualifying to compete against one another at the World Championships. This highly selective qualification system and the skill level of those competing make an IFMAR World Championship title the highest accomplishment any individual or manufacturer can achieve in R/C car racing.
