Payment Deadline
With only a few days remaining until the November 20th payment deadline, the participants for the 18th running of the Reedy International Off-Road Race of Champions are continuing to take shape.  If you're still unsure if you made the lottery list, check out www.reedyrace.com/lottery for the details and the in-order waiting list.

Some of you on the waiting list may be contacted prior to the November 20th payment deadline due to lottery entrant cancellations. However, after the November 20th payment deadline those of you remaining on the waiting list will be contacted, in order, to accept or decline entry in to the event.

Control Tires and Foam
In gathering feedback from 2011 participants and after testing from multiple cross-brand drivers, the decision has been made to use the following control tires and foam for the 2012 event:

• 2WD Front - JConcepts Gold Bar Codes - Part Number 3017-05 - $14.49/pr
• 4WD Front - JConcepts Gold Bar Codes - Part Number 3020-05 - $15.49/pr
• 2WD and 4WD Rear - Pro-Line MC Suburb 1.0 - Part Number 8204-17 - $16.49/pr
• Pro-Line will produce uniquely colored closed cell foam just for this event.  The closed cell foam will be of the same quality, dimensions, and density as their current closed-cell foam and will be required in all front and rear tires. - $8.99/pr

All control tires will be branded and must be used during any round that is scored.  Additionally, the unique-colored closed-cell foam and branded tires will only be available at the time of the event and available for purchase from West Coast R/C Raceway & Hobby Garage.  Tire and foam quantity is unrestricted, and unbranded practice tires will be available before the event.

Remember, each $100 entry includes one full set of tires, closed-cell front and rear foam, along with one personalized grab bag of accessories from the event sponsors.  All-in-all, over a $65 value for each entrant!  So don't delay, get your payment in today!  If you'd still like to attend the event, but aren't on the waiting list, please email reedyrace@rc10.com with the class(es) you'd like to compete in and your name will be added to the waiting list.  For more information on the event, see www.reedyrace.com.
