Flurer 3X Champ at Civil War Grand Slam

The Civil War Grand Slam is the hot bed for fast drivers throughout North and South Carolina. It's a four-race series splitting two races accross each state. Max Flurer set out in March to win all three electric classes, and he did so in dominating fashion. The best three of four rounds are scored, and Flurer completed a sweep of scoring nine first-place finishes in 2WD SCT, 4WD SCT, and Electric 1:8 Buggy.

Max's winning fleet consisted of the FT SC10, FT SC104x4, and RC8.2e. This marked the second year in a row that Flurer won each class he entered, showing that the fleet of vehicles can handle everything from moisture-rich slick groove tracks, to high-grip summer conditions. Max also powered his Team Associated race cars with Reedy power batteries and motors, and delivered the power via LRP speed controls.
