Kit or RTR: kit
Accessory: titanium tie rods

Kit or RTR: RTR
Accessory: BIG Battery and charger
Why: They are very expensive and there are so many to choose from, it makes purchasing a nightmare. I just got my RTR T3 stadium truck, it rocks! I'm just having trouble deciphering all the information that I've been sorting through on batteries. I find it so hard to believe that the hobby guy isn't ripping me off for $35.00 for a battery and $85.00 for a charger.

Kit or RTR: RTR
Accessory: a battery
Why: it is the main power source for the car.

Kit or RTR: Kit

Kit or RTR: RTR
Accessory: aluminum brake adapter
Why: the plastic ones can melt.

Kit or RTR: RC10GT
Accessory: ENGINE AND BODY
Why: NEED TO LOOK GOOD WHILE GOING FAST!!!!!!

Kit or RTR: Factory Team TC3
Accessory: Bearings for the steering rack. Also a variety of springs for the track or a front one-way.
Why: When racing, I want the car to react as quickly as possible, so bearings vs the kit bushings free up the steering a lot. The springs speak for themselves regarding differing track conditions require different setups. Also, I've found that one-way diffs tend to give me that edge in the corners at most tracks.

Kit or RTR: well, first i would buy a speed control, motor, then battery.
Accessory: If you want to beef it up a bit i would suggest some lightweight diffs, and maybe some springs, CVD's and other factory team products.
Why: Because if you wanna go fast and have fun?, Factory team is the way to go.

Why: My original one is not very long lasting

Kit or RTR: rtr

Kit or RTR: rc10gt ft
Accessory: glo igniter
Why: so i can start my truck and ignite my plugs.

Kit or RTR: RC 10 GT RTR
Accessory: Gas,of course
Why: B/c thats what makes the car go!

Kit or RTR: HPI Super Nitro RS4
Accessory: 2 speed transmission
Why: Because any un experienced and even experienced racer sees a huge difference in a two speed transmission. Speed is usually gained by about one third. And it gives you a greater capability to peel out.

Kit or RTR: GT Plus RTR
Accessory: Better radio system
Why: Because the Radio system lacks adjustment and is not FM modulated

Kit or RTR: RC10B4
Accessory: Titanium tie rods/Pins
Why: Durability/weight

Kit or RTR: ntc3
Accessory: aluminum steering rack and servos
Why: crisper and more responsive steering. "you can't just go straight you know, track has corners."

Kit or RTR: Kit.
Accessory: Depending on what level of kit you buy, the first hopup would have to be bearings. After that I would go with adjustable tie rods.
Why: With a kit you put everything together yourself so you know it's exact condition or set it up however you want right from the start. With the hopups I want mine to roll as smooth and as adjustable as I can get it so I can race anywhere.

Kit or RTR: Kit
Accessory: Top of the line electronics (servo, ESC, receiver, radio)
Why: I have seen many people who spent money on a good kit and buy the cheapest electronics. Titanium, Aluminum, and Carbon Fiber parts won't make up for a glitching radio or a stripping servo. The fastest racer is almost always the best driver. You need good electronics to be that guy, not eye candy. TC3Capece

Kit or RTR: TC3 Factory Team
Accessory: KO Mars radio, GT7, Trinity D6, Lunsford pillow-balls, Novak XXL, Take-Off CS27, HPI Supra body.
Why: You can't beat a TC3!

Kit or RTR: kit
Accessory: bearings
Why: I feel hat bearings will be the most efficient upgrade it will increase battery time and decrease lap times

Kit or RTR: T3
Accessory: Good ESC
Why: It's a good place to start because you buy a ESC with unlimited motor turns and you can buy what ever motor you want.

Kit or RTR: rtr
Accessory: two speed tranny
Why: really helps the performance

Kit or RTR: rc10 b4
Accessory: shock oil and springs
Why: kit already rocks but tunability with shock oil and springs, makes more fine tune adjusting

Kit or RTR:t4
Accessory: novak ss
Why: for some serious power

Kit or RTR: rtr
Accessory: fail safe
Why: so you don't crash

Kit or RTR: TC3 Factory Kit
Accessory: Titanium Chassis
Why: Don't you want all of your money in that car sitting on something that is strong that you can depend on???? and as any great racer can put it, the lighter the better!!!

Kit or RTR: Electric TC3
Accessory: battery charger
Why: great car needs great power from well charged batteries

Kit or RTR: either
Accessory: good tools
Why: to maintain your investment

Kit or RTR: RTR TC3
Accessory: LRP IPC PRO-SPORT ESC
Why: Because I'm ditching the 19 turn motor and installing a 12x3 Neodymium magnet motor, the (included) Lrp runner would not be suited to the high amp draw of the lower turn motor.

Kit or RTR: RTR
Accessory: Good steering servo
Why: because some vehicles like stadium/monster trucks, 1/8 scale buggies, and nitro/electric touring cars need something that can turn the wheels at speed and keep them turned

Kit or RTR: I always buy a kit if possible.
Accessory: Fresh motor
Why: Nothing runs, performs, and feels as good as a freshly built vehicle with a new powerplant.

Kit or RTR: Monster GT
Accessory: Airtronics 94358 servo
Why: More torque to turn those big tires put the stock servo in throttle position

Kit or RTR: B4
Accessory: Tires count?
Why: Can`t practice without tires!

Kit or RTR: TC3
Accessory: Body Shell
Why: To make my car individual and to make it look how i want it to look

Kit or RTR: ntc3 kit
Accessory: aluminum hub carriers
Why: hold the axle bearings better and don't allow "slop" in the pivot ball sockets.

Kit or RTR: FT GT
Accessory: Synthesized FM Transmitter & Receiver
Why: Ease of use and quality

Kit or RTR: RTR
Accessory: Tires
Why: I don't have an R/C car yet, but i plan on getting a nitro TC3 RTR. I just think that when u buy a new car, the first thing that you'll notice is that u might have just spent all the money you've been saving. So, u won't be able to but anything major like a new engine. Tires can be quite inexpensive, and they provide for different racing/experimenting runs. The traction can change the way your car performs, so that'll be my first choice besides more nitro fuel!

Kit or RTR: kit, electric
Accessory: ESP
Why: greatly reduces weight, while improving driving performance and run time

Kit or RTR: RTR
Accessory: lighter parts
Why: to make it go faster in the beginning stages

Kit or RTR: rtr
Accessory: temp gauge
Why: read temps and avoid costly repairs!

Kit or RTR: FT TC3
Accessory: Titanium Turnbuckles.
Why: If you read any of the previous questions than you know that everyone talks about not wasting money on the "cool" hop-ups. All you need on a car is good tires and Titanium turnbuckles. Unless something breaks, stick to your stock parts. Also, don't get obsessed with the weight of your car. Last week a racer won at my track with a car that was 100 grams over the min. Set realistic goals when racing. If you can't win every week don't try. Try to bet one person who was better than you the week before. Soon you will be to front runner. If you do buy hop-ups or have the Factory Team TC3, don't use the Aluminum battery brace. Trade it for the plastic one. With the aluminum one your center of gravity will be raised. Sell your Al. one to the buy with all the "bling".

Kit or RTR: RC 10 GT
Accessory: For the Gt it would have to be the performance clutch with the spring to eliminate drag and then eliminate those weak plastic caps on the shocks with aluminum ones and replace the plastic gear with the steel one
Why: remove the weak links and have fun not repairs

Kit or RTR: RTR
Accessory: Brushless Motor w/ESC
Why: no motor headaches .. charge and run with having to always do the motor thingamagigy every so many runs (forgot what it is called)

Kit or RTR: Monster GT
Accessory: Reachargable Batteries NiMH
Why: Saves me a lot of money having to spend for non-rechargable dry cells.
