Hi-Torque's R/C Car, definitely. RCCA just has way too many ads; I buy one or two a year and use it as a catalog. R/C Car is getting bigger, but the articles are better and more fun to read. -TheMissile

RC Car Action. Great pics, good info, and family friendly so I can let my 7 year old nephew look at it when I am done.

My personal favorite R/C magazine is probably RC Car Action, this is my favorite magazine because they have good, fair views, and tell beginners most of the stuff they need to know to pick out their first car. I guess that part of me also likes R/C Car Action just because they are the most well-known magazine. I do wish though that they would make a Radio Control Electric, or Radio Control Off-Road like they have Radio Control Nitro.

I have three favorite magazines. R/C Car Action, R/C Car, and R/C Driver. I can't pick the best out of those three, sorry.

I would have to say xtremerc because of the race coverage. They did nice and TIMELY articles on both the Offroad Nats AND the Offroad Worlds. I couldn't find that in the other magazine i get (no names, you know who you are...lol).

Big Jims RC Motor Black Book. Where you gonna get more info on motors than this book?

My favorite R/C magazine is R/C Car Action because they focus on R/C topics, they cover the "big races" , and they review R/C products. Some R/C magazines include "babe of the month!" So so lame!

Nitro magazine is an amazing magazine it always shows the most updated and current info on rc products and kits. When I started out it helped me a lot. Dan

XTREME RC - Mainly because it has more text in it than ads and they're text covers a wide realm of the rc world.

Favorite book? Big Jims Black Book Of Motors. Mags in general all suck. Half is advertising.

Rc Car Action is my favorite publication for three reasons. The first being it is the most comprehensive of all of the mags as far as new products for all rc types. Secondly, the reader tips section has many easy to make and very useful additions each month. Lastly, the product reviews are well written and very comprehensive as far as each models strengths and weaknesses. A five star publication in my opinion.

Radio control car action is the top rated magazine because they are probably the most well oriented magazine, new products, testing, tuning and readers rides. Second would be r/c Modeler for those airplane guys.

My favorite r/c magazines are: the AMYA's 'Model Yachting' because it is specifically about model yachting with low advertiser space. #2 is the Touring Car magazine because it is all about the touring car including tips. Backyard Flyer is still filled with too much advertising and little useful info.
