Tony Phalen wins NORRCA Onroad National Championship
Western R/C in Las Vegas, NV was the site of the NORRCA Onroad Nationals, where Associated /Reedy powered TC3’s scored a 1-2-3 sweep of the touring car competition. Tony Phalen Top Qualified and won with Sean Cochran qualifying and finishing second. Local racer Mike Kennedy qualified third and finished third in the Factory Modified class.
Team Associated TC3’s also took top honors in Sportsman modified, with Chris Krein’s Reedy-powered TC3 winning the class, and Expert Modified, where Brent Thielke was the winner.
