| Track Description: Med. pack with small bumps and holes. 60 ft straightway with tight switchbacks infield. |
| Race Comments: Qual. 1st, went from 1st to 6th after I was hit from the rear. Worked through pack and won by 6 sec. |
| Truck Comments: Worked great, after moving rear hub back
(spacers in front of hubs). This setup works great on
this track all the time, with only minor changes for current track conditions. I race
twice a week most of the time. And I do very well. On the night of the race on the
print out sheet there were 29 stock trucks. (A through D Mains). I qualified 1st by 2 secs
for the A Main. I've just recently changed to the XL chassis and definitely handles the
rough stuff better. I did seem to lose a little steering with the SL chassis, however, once
I moved the rear hubs back it was much better. Looking forward to the ROAR Nats this
summer. Floyd Wilcox |
