Warranty PoliciesThe following Associated Electrics, Inc. warranty and repair policy serves products under the Team Associated and Factory Team brands. Warranty information for Reedy and XP branded products can be found in the instruction manual for each individual product.
The typical turn-around time is 7 to 21 business days from the date we receive the unit.
Depending on the repair required, charges range from $15 to $140.
Items covered under warranty will be returned via UPS Ground at no charge to the recipient.
Return shipping within the U.S.A for items not covered under warranty is $9.00 minimum.
Any other shipping requirements will be the responsibility of the customer. For example, if you want your product returned by one-day or two-day service, you will be billed for the extra charge.

Reedy Charger Limited Warranty
ASSOCIATED ELECTRICS, INC. AND REEDY WARRANTS THIS CHARGER TO BE FREE OF ANY DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR RESULTING FROM WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF NINETY DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
REEDY CHARGER LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
DAMAGE DONE BY INCORRECT CONNECTING OF INPUT OR OUTPUT POWER CORDS.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXCEEDING RECOMMENDED INPUT VOLTAGE.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXCESSIVE OR ABUSIVE USE.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY CHARGING MORE THAN RECOMMENDED NUMBER OF CELLS.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY ANY MODIFICATIONS TO INPUT OR OUTPUT POWER CABLES.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY ANY LIQUID OR FOREIGN MATERIAL ENTERING INTERIOR OF CHARGER.
If you require service
All warranty work must be accompanied by a copy of the dated, itemized sales receipt--do not send the original, but keep it for your records.
A Cashier's Check, Money Order, or credit card must be used to pay for shipping charges for items not covered under warranty. Associated Electrics, Inc. is not responsible for shipping charges for items shipped to Associated Electrics, Inc.
Be sure to include:
1) A complete return address to a non-P.O. Box address.
2) A phone number when you can be reached during business hours (to talk about any technical or billing information). Also include an email if possible.
3) A detailed explanation of the problem.
If unit is found to be free of any factory manufacturing defects, owner will be charged a fee of $20.00 to cover handling, shipping, and testing.
Associated strongly recommends using a shipper's tracking services for items sent to Associated. Associated is not responsible for any packages shipped to Associated that are lost in transit. Ship product in sturdy packaging to:
